We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure our website is up and running, but we are not liable for any time during which the website may be down.   • You may not do anything through the website that is illegal or that diminishes the purposes or that will harm Champion a Child, including using bots or other automated systems. You may not use the Champion a Child to perform fundraising for other organizations.
  • The use of photographs. The photos displayed are with the permission of the child and the parent. There could be stock photos which are purchased or supplied by friends used in the website. If any complaint arises from the use of them, we will remove them immediately.
  • In order to protect the privacy of children, you may not use the website to share or otherwise communicate any child’s name, health information or other personally identifiable information about a child, including anything that would reveal a child’s specific location to anyone unless it is falls within the purpose of the programme and the benefit of the child.
  • The materials such as photos, videos, audio files etc are intended to be used for educational purposes and to promote Champion a Child while protecting the dignity of the people we serve. Use of these materials for commercial purposes or for promotion of any activity other than Champion a Child is not allowed.
  • We allow certain users to create user accounts using the website. If you create an account then we may request information about you as provided in our Privacy Policy and certain information about you may be discoverable to other account holders. Further, you are responsible for everything that happens through your account. You must keep your account credentials private and shall not allow other people to use your account. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason.
